Domaine Mas Nuy
You don’t have to look far to find the origin of the name of the Mas Nuy Vineyard whose owner, Belgian winemaker Pierre Urbain, lives in the village of Masnuy-Saint-Jean, not far from Mons. Acquired gradually since 2005, its 6.5 hectares of vines are surrounded by over three hectares of forest and unspoilt countryside. Planted on the schistose soil of Faugères, they produce wines with a superb minerality. Pierre Urbain’s philosophy? "To make as little as possible so as not to disrupt the balance of the natural cycle."
Robe Blanche
This Robe Blanche is a discreet tribute to the winemaker’s wife who works in the fashion industry.
Harvested at night for maximum freshness. Separate maturing in concrete tanks. Blended in tanks before being bottled.
Pale yellow, dazzling robe.
Although in the minority, the Viognier brings powerful aromas of exotic fruits on hints of white flowers.
Fresh in the mouth with fine acidity. Average persistence.
Aperitif, grilled fish.
10-12°C.
