Domaine du Chenoy
The development of a Walloon viticulture based on resistant (or interspecific) grape varieties owes much to the tenacity and passion of Philippe Grafé, who created the Domaine du Chenoy in 2003. He has now passed the torch to Jean-Bernard and Pierre-Marie Despatures, who are native Mouscronnois. They remain faithful to the original philosophy - to produce wines that are authentic and true to their terroir - otherwise, to tell the truth, Philippe Grafé would not have let go so easily... The estate will be certified organic from the 2019 vintage.
Citadelle
Light yellow colour.
Very aromatic nose of citrus fruits.
Ample mouth with a nice balance, where pineapple and lime dominate. The minerality of the terroir finds here a beautiful expression.
Numerous possible associations with sea and land products.
10-12°C
