Gin de Binche

The Gin de Binche consists of juniper, hop, blood orange, lemon and a lot of aromats and plants (clove, green anise, caraway, coriander, cumin, fennel, lavender, hyssop).

The ‘blood orange’ flavor is a reference to the gift offered by the Gille, Carnival’s King, on Shrove Tuesday at Binche. The Lion and the silver color appear on the former coat of arms as well as on the city flag of Binche.

This original brand of gin is created, distilled and bottled at the Distillery of Biercée, in the heart of Wallonia.
