Domaine du Chenoy
The development of a Walloon viticulture based on resistant (or interspecific) grape varieties owes much to the tenacity and passion of Philippe Grafé, who created the Domaine du Chenoy in 2003. He has now passed the torch to Jean-Bernard and Pierre-Marie Despatures, who are native Mouscronnois. They remain faithful to the original philosophy - to produce wines that are authentic and true to their terroir - otherwise, to tell the truth, Philippe Grafé would not have let go so easily. The estate has been certified organic since the 2019 vintage.
Terra Nova
Assembled by Eric Boissenot, a renowned oenologist from Bordeaux, Terra Nova is a red wine of pleasure, aged in vats.
Rubis-coloured robe of medium intensity.
Nose of red fruits with spicy notes.
No need to seek comparison with vineyards "from elsewhere": the Rondo-Pinotin-Regent blend gives it something unique. Soft tannins. Beautiful freshness on the finish.
Red or white meats. Italian cuisine. Spicy dishes.
15-16°C
